  • Railway — hosts our backend server infrastructure

5. Call Recording and AI Processing

Calls handled by VELA may be processed by AI systems and may be recorded for quality assurance and service improvement purposes. By using VELA, you agree to notify your customers that calls may be handled by an AI system and may be recorded, in accordance with applicable state and federal laws (including two-party consent states).

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Call logs and booking data are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure API key management, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
